German delegation visits Danish companies and care home
Two intense days of presentations, pitches and visits at healthcare institutions took place, when a German delegation from the cluster 'Bioregio STERN' visited Denmark on June 7-8, 2018.
A delegation from the German cluster, Bioregio STERN, visited Denmark on June 7-8, 2018. The delegation, which mainly consisted of German companies and universities, went north to get to know Danish players in intelligent logistics, automation and digitalization within home care, care centers and hospitals.
Welfare Tech presented the Bioregio STERN cluster for the internationally recognized robots at Mobile Industry Robots (MIR), while Life Partners demonstrated their communication platform for care centers and homes. New Icon presented their automated medicine cabinets to ensure proper storage and collection of medication, so treatment can be optimized.
The delegation also got to know the University of Southern Denmark's Drone Center, the care center Svovlhatten and Odense University Hospital to see Danish innovation in action. Local businesses, Gibotech and Public Intelligence were also visited, and the stakeholders involved in the delegation visit participated in a networking dinner, where ideas for collaboration were on the agenda.
Life Partners, New Icon, Multi Tower Company, Gibotech, University of Southern Denmark, Odense University Hospital, Gibotech and Public Intelligence are members of Welfare Tech.
