DigiRehab gains great recognition in Norway

The digital training tool DigiRehab is chosen for an attractive acceleration programme in Norway. DigiRehab will use this opportunity to expand their digital training tool in the Norwegian market.

DigiRehab’s Norwegian team has been chosen among 80 applicants to participate in the Norwegian acceleration programme; Social Start-up. The programme supports innovative companies who have societal relevance in spreading their solutions in the Norwegian market.

- It is an amazing recognition to be in the programme. We are proud that our Danish healthcare solution is gaining such great footing in another country. We will use this opportunity to scale and adjust the solution, so it accommodates local conditions, says Niels Hauer, CEO of DigiRehab.

Positive results in Ski, Norway

The recognition from Social Start-up arrives just after a big trial-run with DigiRehab in the Norwegian municipality of Ski. Here, citizens receiving home care followed DigiRehab’s digital training programme. The exercises were focused on the seniors’ strength and self-sufficiency, and it was all done in their own homes with help from a home care worker.

A user survey among the participants using the digital training tool showed that 8.5 out of 10 experienced a positive outcome from the workout with DigiRehab. A smaller survey among the home care workers also showed positive results.

DigiRehab currently operates in 15 % of the Danish municipalities.
