Join the rehabilitation congress RIWC 2021 and reserve a virtual or physical exhibition boot

Book your own virtual or physical exhibition exhibition booth at the RI World Congress. The international congress takes place on September 7 –  9 and attracts approximately 2500 rehabilitation scientists and professionals worldwide. Danish CareWare is responsible for the exhibition area. And you can join as an exhibitor.

As an exhibitor, you can choose a virtual exhibition boot or a traditional physical exhibition boot at Scandinavian Center Aarhus. All products are presented in themed sessions at the congress, and exhibitors are scheduled in the official congress program. There are no competing speeches or events taking place when exhibitors have the floor.

Exhibitors who present virtually can choose from a Bronze, Silver or Gold exhibition boot with prices from 800 to 1600 €. The physical exhibition boot cost 1900 € and also give access to present virtually. This way, CareWare hopes to accommodate the needs of all exhibitors.

At the virutal exhibition booth, you can play videos, make live presentations, and interact and network with your audience in live sessions. The material, videos, photos, text etc., you choose to upload to your visual exhibition booth will be available before, during and after the congress.

Virtual events result in more participants

CareWare has excellent experience in arranging virtual events during the corona lock-down. During the last months, more than 5000 guests have joined CareWares online presentations of technologies. Some people join the live sessions; others prefer to watch the recorded version. At the RI World Congress, you can give your guests both. Virtual presentations are here to stay!
